You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about our practice and contacting us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in bulk, submit malicious code, or use the site to harass or harm others.

Educational content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, logos, graphics, videos, and educational materials are owned by Sparkle Pediatrics PLLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial use without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of public pages with attribution is allowed.

No medical advice; no physician-patient relationship

The information, resources, articles, and materials provided on this website are for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site should be taken or construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for any child or individual.

Accessing, reading, or submitting information through this website, contact forms, or email does not create a physician-patient relationship between you (or your child) and Sparkle Pediatrics or its healthcare providers. A formal physician-patient relationship is established only after executing a signed Patient Membership Agreement and completing an initial clinical consultation. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

Direct Primary Care — not insurance

Sparkle Pediatrics is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. This membership program is NOT health insurance and does not meet the minimum essential coverage requirements under state or federal law.

DPC membership covers specified primary care and pediatric services provided directly by Sparkle Pediatrics. It does not cover specialist visits, emergency room care, hospitalizations, advanced imaging, or outside laboratory services. We strongly encourage all patient families to maintain comprehensive health insurance or a catastrophic health policy to cover medical needs outside the scope of our primary care services.

Emergencies

Website contact forms, email communications, and portal messages are not monitored continuously and must never be used for medical emergencies or urgent clinical situations.

If your child is experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency or requires immediate assistance, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.

Third-party services

Our site may link to third-party services such as Hint Health for membership enrollment and Meet and Greet scheduling, Google Maps, Instagram, and analytics providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparkle Pediatrics PLLC and its providers disclaim liability for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on website content. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such disclaimers are not allowed by Florida or other applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
